Who Is Ams?

Hi, I'm Ams.

I'm 52, a full-time corporate professional, mum to two teenagers and founder of Ageless By Ams.

Like many women, I arrived in midlife feeling completely disconnected from myself.

Menopause didn't arrive at a convenient time. It arrived whilst I was juggling a demanding career, raising teenagers, running a home and trying to keep all the plates spinning. On the outside everything looked fine. On the inside, I was exhausted.

I wanted to lose weight. I wanted better sleep. I wanted more energy. Most of all, I wanted to feel like me again.

So I did what many women do. I started searching for answers.

Over the years I tried diets, supplements, training programmes, Pilates classes, healing modalities, retreats, workshops and just about every new idea that promised to be the missing piece. I studied Reiki, certified in VortexHealing and spent years looking for the thing that would finally make everything click.

Some of it helped. Much of it taught me something. But despite all the effort, I still wasn't where I wanted to be.

One day I found myself standing in the middle of shelves full of supplements, books and plans wondering how I had accumulated so many solutions and yet still felt so stuck. I remember looking around and thinking, "How have I spent all this money and still not cracked this?"

That moment became a turning point.

I stopped chasing every shiny new answer and went back to the foundations. Sleep. Stress. Recovery. Consistency.

I trained in Sleep, Stress & Recovery Coaching and Menopause through Precision Nutrition, but my biggest education came from applying these principles in my own life.

What surprised me was that the biggest changes didn't come from doing more.

They came from doing less, but doing it consistently.

My sleep improved. My energy improved. I became stronger than I had been in years. I improved my recovery, reduced my body fat and even managed my first pull-up after my teenage son challenged me.

But the biggest transformation wasn't physical.

It was remembering who I was.

Why I Do This Work

That's why I'm so passionate about helping other women.

Not because I believe women need fixing. Quite the opposite.

I believe many women have spent so long looking after everyone else that they've forgotten how capable they really are.

My role isn't to transform you into someone new.

It's to help you reconnect with the woman who's already there.

The woman who wants more energy, more confidence, better health, better sleep and a body that feels like her own again.

Over the years, I've learnt that the path back isn't through another supplement, meal plan or shiny new solution.

It's through understanding your body, improving your sleep, reducing your stress and prioritising recovery.

For many women, years of pressure, responsibility and constantly being "on" can leave the nervous system stuck in survival mode.

That's why I focus on the foundations first:
